   Only average? Perhaps you should focus on becoming above average.   
      
   Is becoming know as a vexatious litigant/whiner going to make you more   
   employable? Aren't court cases part of your Personal or Credit Report   
   which can be reviewed by prospective employers?   
      
   Are you positive that your past court issues and posting history are   
   not among the factors that led you be rejected?

   Perhaps you should try to make friends with people who don't have such   
   a chronic problem with unemployment, and see if they can advise you how   
   to become employable.

   Someone who had a sincere, bonafide, interest should be able to lay out   
   the facts, and state the case, in a much more convincing manner, without   
   resorting to profanity or ad hominem attacks.   
      
   There are sometimes real cases where a work situation creates an ethnic   
   enclave. I once saw an anglo being harassed by asian staff in a BC Ferry   
   restaurant. Helicoptering, micromanaging him as he cleaned tables, asking   
   him why he didn't apply of a deck hand job. Interesting that went on in   
   a unionized workplace. In some cases the employer goes to some length to   
   justify the importation of a foreign worker. For example making experience   
   with "Mogul Cooking" a requirement for a restaurant job, then applying   
   for permission to import a relative when nobody with experience applies.
