if you are fighting for a remedy and to correct an injustice... then you are
   fighting for justice..
as far as the rest of your post is concerned.... well... it was just
gibberish... what's with all this other philosophical crap about the
   veracity of reality...?....

if you have a case, then state it man...
   produce evidence...
seek a ruling by a qualified representative
and move on with your life....

....cause the amount of dough you're asking sounds inflated from the
get-go... but... aside from a devaluing of the dollar figure based upon my
own dubious views of your claim... I'll say this... it's a pittance you're
pissing away valuable energy on inevitably never seeing made manifest in
this real reality where you have to pay bills and put food on the table...
in the end... you're just going to end up feeling like you've taken it up
the end and you're going to end up at the end of your resources hoping the
   nightmare ends....

...but.... good luck with your cause anyway.... :-)
