My fight is my own but it is also a       > fight for the collective.              okay... now you've been more specific... and to me... your struggle appears       rather symmetrical to me... and so... since you've raised two points with       respect to your status as a father and in your claim of representing society       in general...              the first question raised imm is in what way does your position represent       and/or reflect on society... how is your fight a fight for the       collective...?...              the second question is a little more complex and has a lot of preamble....       and is in consideration of one's status as a father encompassing a wide       variety of responsibilities which can result in disastrous consequences to       society... iow... how do we know you're not just going to train another       generation of criminals...?.... this isn't to suggest that you have ulterior       or "evil" motivations... but, that one's child inherits one's       dysfunctions.... whatever person your child will be will be heavily       influenced by who you are and what you will be throughout the course of       their lives....              another question which may appear harsh but is valid nonetheless in an       insight to what motivates you to fight... are you thinking about what's best       for you or the child...?.... only you can answer that question... and you       won't really be able to for probably another decade... just so you know I'm       not expecting an answer to that question... it would be rather meaningless       to me... I don't know you... I don't know your specific circumstances... I       do know your general circumstances... and I'm attempting to determine       whether someone should be entrusted with such a role...              ...so...feel free to unload as much as you like if you choose to respond       because I'm thinking the more I comprehend your perspective, the more I'll       relate to another....              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
