   Is it really contempt?  I am not sure that it is at least from my   
   reading of contempt.  Standing for a judge and   
   calling him your honour etc are matters of etiquette, rather than law   
   ( I think but this is what I am trying to seek clarification on).   
   Contempt would be to disobey a court order on a matter of law.  In   
   which case that matter of law would have to be codified   
   somewhere.
