   A man in Quebec has been sentenced to life imprisonment for driving   
   derunk and killing a woman in a wheelchair.   
      
   Considering that this was his 19th drunk driving offense, I think he   
   should have been acquitted, because, after all, if the Judges he had   
   appeared before previously had given him their blessing to indulge in   
   such activities, why should there suddenly be a change in this regard.   
      
   Maybe the correct person/persons to be charged should be the crooked   
   Judges who 'turned a blind eye' to the previous offenses because their   
   Lawyer Buddies asked them to.
