   By all means, you should pay strict attention to the one and only the great   
   Mr. Benjamin Matlock attorney at law.   
      
   Perhaps the OP should consult actual Canadian law rather than relying on   
   the words in a simple book.   
      
   And of course, the Canadian courts would reject, under total laughter, the   
   lawsuit completely.
