   After hacking into Marc Wigle's Hotmail and Google accounts, Mikey posted

   OK he used a brute force hack on Hotmail, which is a USA and Canada Federal   
   Offence. There is clear evidence, that Mikey did read private email and sent   
   email from Mr. Wigle's Hotmail account in his seven year stalking obsession   
   of Mr. Wigle et al.   
      
   Bear in mind this stalker nicknamed Mikey, is a computer IT consultant who   
   has had access to sensitive DND computer systems. This hacker often posts   
   from IP addresses in North Korea, Communist China and Eastern-Europe.Somehow   
   a psychological profile is not part of the current Government Security   
   Clearance for his "Secret" level.   
      
   The fact he also emailed obscene posts to Mr. Wigle's minor daughters is   
   very disturbing.
