   Who exactly mentioned the piracy or privacy act?   
      
   Did your friend mention it to the caller, or was it the other way   
   around?   
      
   Did your friend say to the mystery caller:   
      
      "I won't give you my SIN number, because according   
       to the privacy act I don't have to"   
      
   Or did the caller say:   
      
      "Hello.  I'd like to get your SIN number.  I can   
       ask you for it, according to the privacy act."   
      
   Which one was it?
