   Legal question.

Recently a voicemail was left on person A's phone, the message was
eletronically altered (speed changed) but the caller (person C) claimed to
be person B. Both person's A and B consented to releasing the speed
corrected message, and posted it to the Internet. It seems that person C the
original caller/spoofer doesn't want his real voice heard and has managed to
get the voicemail removed from various webhosts.

Does he have any legal grounds?
