   Think what you want Baillie, all employees at CPIC data centre in Ottawa are   
   civilians. Virtually all people employed by police departments records   
   sections are civilians. Most big police departments like Toronto, Ottawa,   
   Vancouver etc have the majority of their technical and support staff are   
   civilians, leaving the uniformed members to do patrol duty.   
      
   So before you assume and call anyone a liar you should get your facts. But   
   then you even call a lawyer on this group a liar when he quotes real law.   
   Rest assured that enquiries on you have been made to CPIC, by C-K police,   
   OPP Renfrew, The UK, Toronto police, and Sarnia police.
