XPost: news.admin.net-abuse.email       From: sysop@not.invalid              Interesting question has arisen on news.admin.net-abuse.email. It appears       that several people are trying to serve an individual who is a resident of       Ontario. This person runs a website therein containing libelious statements.       He has eluded several Cease & Desist Orders, simply by hiding. He uses a       "privacy service"on his .ca domain, but the info that CIRA has is false. Now       when these people file for a lawsuit, and the individual is "invisible" can       they proceed without him, get a judgement and have the police then deal with       him.              I would imagine a bench warrant would be issued because he ignored the       service. Or can his parents be served in lue of him?              S              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
