   I have a WCB/ WorkSafe injury claim pending, and in the duration I have   
   recorded several instances where I have been threatened and provoked by   
   my boss (date, time, what he said, who was present, etc). until I   
   finally walked off (he told everyone that he fired me- so much the   
   better) last night.   
      
   Taking this statement entirely at face value (it is natural to be   
   skeptical, but I 'm not asking for quick character assessments), does   
   this make my case stronger or weaker?
