Can't say yay or nay to the accuracy.

Quite a sad story for someone of his age, though.

I assume counsel advised you of the legality of posting a court document,
with detailed financial and credit information. It would seem to be a public
record, on the face of it. Creditors would not be able to know of his claims
if it wasn't public record information.

It appears the the BC Medical Services Plan has a claim against PMS for past
premiums, although the list does not include any current monthly or pro-rated
longer term payments for health plan premiums, did it?

His current claimed income is consistent with 100% Premium Assistance by MSP
      http://www.health.gov.bc.ca/msp/infoben/premium.html#regular
as well as zero annual decuctible for Phamacare Payment of prescriptions.

A 100% subsidy rate requires that his adjusted annual net income be under
   $22,000.

That is PMS would not have to pay Health Plan premiums and would not have
to pay anything to pick up presriptions at a pharmacy, at any time of the year.

MSP requires folks on Premium Assistance to authorize income verification
   with Canada Revenue Agency.

I only spend $700 year on auto fuel, but people in the boonies who drive
to or for work burn through more gas. It is interesting to see that as ~30%
   of his monthly disposable income.
