   If someone pled guilty to accessing child pornography (only charge, minimum   
   14 days served), is there any way that the Order to Comply With Sex   
   Offender Information Act can be appealed? This guy has had no previous   
   convictions, is a family man married 20 plus years, and is a great dad to   
   his kids. He just made a big mistake and has paid a heavy price related to   
   his family and community.
