   A fiend of mine's mother died, predeceased by his father.   
   He's not close to his brothers, who refuse to let him see   
   his mother's will or reveal the lawyer handling the estate.   
      
   Is this legal, or is there a way to find out the name of the   
   lawyer looking after the estate?
