   A November 19th report in the Victoria Time Colonist reported Alan   
   Baggett as being the "warm-up speaker" for a Delta Ocean   
   Pointe Hotel sales pitch by this Burlington Ontario company.   
      
   The report says that 130,000 taxpayers have had a total   
   of $4.5 billion dollars in such claims disallowed by CRA.   
      
   "Investors buy vintage photographs at x dollars, then donate   
    them to a charitable foundation or university for x plus y   
    dollars. The net result is that you get a tax credit that   
    exceeds the original cost of the photographs."   
      
   If it sounds too good to be true ...

   person" tax avoider proponents.   
      
   The discussion of "wrinkles" that are supposed to make the   
   Sovereign scheme bona fide and legal remind me of pyramid   
   scheme spam that used to show up in my email
