      From: bo774@FreeNet.Carleton.CA              A November 19th report in the Victoria Time Colonist reported Alan       Baggett as being the "warm-up speaker" for a Delta Ocean       Pointe Hotel sales pitch by this Burlington Ontario company.              The report says that 130,000 taxpayers have had a total       of $4.5 billion dollars in such claims disallowed by CRA.              "Investors buy vintage photographs at x dollars, then donate        them to a charitable foundation or university for x plus y        dollars.
