I bet when you dig into the meat of this Bill, the RIAA will be       seen to be behind it. The previous Bill failed, as it required ISPs to       spy for the recording industry. I think this draconian Bill will also       give RIAA and their ilk the access they previously asked for. Maybe not       in the Bill directly, maybe in an amendment.              The simple FACT is why is the Internet exempt from due process?
