   Edmonton Police Service Enforces City Rules Against Public Indecency,   
   Prostitution as registered sex offender charged.

   EDMONTON: The Parking Enforcement Services of the City of Edmonton is   
   investigating an incident   
   which saw a naked Edmonton man arrested for fellating another man in a public   
   parking mall. The   
   man, well known to police, was dressed only in a bra and woman's panty and   
   holding what he called   
   his "rodd."   
      
   Crown Counsel advised CAFE Fearless Leader Paul Fromm that Grosvenor's arrest   
   and criminal charges   
   are just beginning. Grosvenor is currently out on bail pending a hearing   
   related to his recent   
   arrest for a series of shoplifting incidents.   
      
   Grosvenor refused comment, other than to state that he and CAFE's Fearless   
   Leader are sexual   
   partners, and that he has every right to decide who sodomizes him and who does   
   not.   
      
   Perhaps, but if you are caught giving a blowjob while nude in a parking mall,   
   then you should   
   expect the City's disapproval.   
      
   The Attorney General's office did not respond to questions related to   
   prostitution in the Grosvenor   
   case, asking only "Who would pay the creep?" Grosvenor, a convicted   
   extortionist, has long been   
   known to police.
