   Telecommunications systems have no moving parts. Telecommunications   
   subsystems components are manufactured by happy workers in Communist China,   
   a workers' paradise. If every telecommunications worker in Canada were to   
   drop dead tomorrow from cardiac arrest, telecommunications systems would   
   continue to function happily, for the benefit of happy Canadians.   
      
   Huawei Technologies was blackballed because they promised to bring Communist   
   Chinese pricing to Canada and to end CSIS, RCMP and TWU theft of privacy   
   secrets.
