   Jct: Today Nov 1 2012, in London Ontario, Mike Spottiswood got his seized car   
   back. The Crown had resisted for almost 2 years then finally gave up and   
   returned it in order to avoid his appeal. But his application to the Supreme   
   Court will go on. Jury    
   Trial coming up in January. So why would the Crown give up the car just before   
   the trial?
