   and Bonnie - McDonald, to be filed in the intended action and   
   reviewing the Exhibits attached thereto; AND UPON the Plaintiffs,   
   by their Council undertaking to abide by any Order this Court   
   may make as to damages in the event that this Court shall   
   hereafter be of the opinion that the Defendant shall have   
   sustained any damages by reason of this Order which the   
   Plaintiffs

   and by any person or persons acting under his instructions or

   an injunction is hereby granted restraining and enjoining the   
   said William Grosvenor (nee William Gruber) by himself, his   
   servants, agents and otherwise and any other person or persons   
   acting under his instructions or on his behalf from:   
      
   1.     The publication of the said words or any of them or   
   any of the words to the like effect or any statement intending   
   to prejudice the minds of the public with respect to Eskander   
   Ghermezian, Bahman Ghermezian, Nader Ghermezian, Raphael   
   Ghermezian and Triple Five Corporation Ltd., or its affiliates   
   and subsidiaries, or their affairs, and;   
   2.     Further, from communicating with persons who do business   
   with Eskander Ghermezian, Bahman Ghermezian, Nader   
   Ghermezian, Raphael Ghermezian and Triple Five Corporation Ltd.,   
   or its affiliates and subsidiaries, and;   
   3.     Further, from publishing and/or distributing any   
   materials relating to Eskander Ghermezian, Bahman Ghermezian,   
   Nader Ghermezian, Raphael Ghermezian and Triple Five Corporation

   Ltd., or its affiliates and subsidiaries, or their affairs,   
   and;   
   4.     AND IT FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Order   
   and Injunction shall remain in effect until the hearing of this   
   action or until such further Order is made by this Court.   
      
   5.     Any application to vary this Order may be made on   
   two clear days' notice to the solicitors for the Plaintiffs.
