   but THE BEST SECURITY is NEVER MORE than is needed: that's

   You are quite right is suggesting that FREEDOM + PRIVACY do   
   go together.   
      
   So WHAT is this DATA COLLECTING all about?

   THE IRONY is that the Police in Canada are becoming thanks   
   to the CIA-backed Hells Angels who run Toronto and quite a    
   few other cities like London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Lethbridge,   
   (about 25) A CRIME SYDICATE involved in drug trafficking   
   especially and turns A BLIND EYE to Asian/East European    
   human trafficking is it gets its take.   
      
   ALL THIS *surreptitious* SURVEILLANCE only serves to MISDIRECT    
   the Public's attention.   
      
   The role of the Police in our "behind closed door" kind of    
   "law and order" Gov't is to put MORE PEOPLE IN JAIL EACH   
   YEAR: THEY HAVE, yes, A QUOTA SYSTEM: 55,000+ inmates   
   in 200 jails, 20% WOMEN, mainly First Nations, 25% TEENS at   
   an average annual cost per person of $200,000!   
      
   By being IN CHARGE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY the Police can easily   
   meet THEIR QUOTA.   
      
   You want to see THE BOSSESS of Toronto and the universities   
   of Toronto: go to see the Hells Angels at Hard Rock café across    
   from the Eaton Centre. (We doN'T know WHO owns our colleges,   
   universities, and hospitals. I'm speculating the American Hells    
   Angles own the universities in Toronto: the 2nd floor north-west   
   windows of the Ryerson University Image Centre have nothing   
   but images of Americans on them and across the street at Gould   
   and Victoria there is a rotating 3-part billboard with Martin Luther   
   King ad promoting a history course.)   
      
   But *essentially*, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE $$$.   
      
   We need to know THE DETAILS OF GOV'T SPENDING and   
   who is benefiting from those decisions.   
      
   My take on this is that Gov't mafias feed private sector mafias   
   who are becoming just one entity: the American Hells Angels   
   who are ALREADY running about 25 cities.   
      
   With ALL THE CONDO development in Toronto why is the property    
   tax going up relentlessly - EVERY YEAR - 2.5%?   
      
   There are - quite possibly - $25 BILLION DOLLARS of *UNREPORTED*   
   TAX REVENU going into the pockets of THE AMERICANS!   
      
   With regard to all this secret surveillance, THE GOOD NEWS is THE NEW    
   SOCIAL MEDIA is a "natural" antidote to all this NONSENSE!   
      
   OH!   
      
   For your information, the Gov't did NOT destroy its BIG BROTHER   
   DATA BASE as promised when Pettigrew was Minister of Employer   
   and Immigration during the Shawanigate Scandal. It goes by MANY    
   NAMES. One is RAM-Q.   
      
   Defence Minister Peter MacKay says "We doN'T target Canadians ... ."   
   (Toronto Star, Tuesday, June 11th 2013, page A13, "We don't    
   snoop on Canadians, MacKay insists".   
      
   NOT TRUE.   
      
   The RCMP and CSIS have been hiring student from visible minority   
   groups to *spy* on their community FOR YEARS.   
      
   And also to CHAT PEOPLE UP  in bars, at the airport lounge, etc. who    
   the Police have reason to believe *might* be considering to commit   
   a crime: THIS IS PRE-EMPTIVE POLICING.   
      
   I've experienced this 1st hand.   
      
   In addition, ALL THIS SURVEILLANCE DATA can be used to *FORCE*    
   PEOPLE TO BECOME INFORMANT for the Police which is A PRIMARY    
   GOAL.   
      
   The Police are having Canadians SPY on family and friends.   
      
   I speak from experience. :o)   
      
   Anyhow, THIS NONSENSE CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED in terms of COSTS +    
   BENEFITS.   
      
   THE POLICE ARE OUT OF CONTOL.   
      
   THEY MUST BE STOPPED!
