|    TURMEL: Paul Batte MedPot renewal delaye    |
|    14 Jul 13 23:20:47    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Paul Batte MedPot renewal delayed 3-weeks past expiry!              JCT: I've sent this information along to the RCMP officer       investigating Henriette McIntyre's complaint about harmed by       the being deprived of her medication for non-medical       reasons. Paul Batte sent his No-Change renewal in early       March 12 weeks in advance and got it after 15 weeks, early       July! Almost 4 months and processed under the new regime. So       this tells us they were stalling renewals from way back as       far as March!!! And him receiving it another 2 weeks after       the new regs!              Daniel Vaillancourt: daniel.vaillancourt@rcmp-grc.gc.ca       RCMP Ottawa              Dear Officer:              I have received information of another Marijuana Exemptee       Paul Batte in Victoria B.C. whose Health Canada Exemption       may have been improperly delayed and even allowed to expire       in order to get him under the new regime! They had gone home       Friday night May 31 and were letting Ray Turmel's Exemption       expire so this is not something rare.              Sent 05 July 2013 - 05:59 AM       I just read post about HC delays. My permit expired JUne 9th       2013 for APL an PPL they delayed my paperwork and dated it       June 24th therefore after June 19th date. I received my       paperwork July 2 2013 Im 55 years old and have spinal cord       disease and just not sure how many battles I have left in       me. Please let me know if I can help . Be well       Paul Batte       PS I don't do my own paperwork I used agency and they told       me as well couldn't understand delay. This is who handled my       paperwork       LB Patient Services - MMAS       108-800 Kelly Road, Suite 472, Victoria, BC V9B 6J9              May 6       phatty: I'm one who got caught up in this crap with       renewals. I Applied early March never received renewal till       July 3rd. My permit had expired June 9th. My new permit is       stamped June 24 go figure right after June 19th decision.       This PPL expires March 31 at which time Im to destroy my       medicine I believe, but the permit for possession expires in       June 24 which it states is the last day you may use this       licence to obtain medical marihuanna from a licensed       producer. So I lose out on 1 cycle from March till June       which if my permit had come before new guidelines would have       been till June if I understand correctly. Just a big downer.       Seems will battle Health Canada until have no fight left in       me. Peace Phatty              Jct: So Paul Batte submitted his Renewal in early March, 12       weeks ahead of time and received his renewal which should       take under 3 weeks 15 weeks later, processed under the new       June 19 regime. What took 13 weeks to get it to the top of       the pile by June 24th?              I submit the deprivation of Paul Batte's exemption for non-       medical reasons for 3 weeks has caused him harm and is the       most blatant abuse of the 8-10 week stall period in order to       slip someone under the new regime so far.              Now consider the stress leading up to his exemption expiry!       The stress of being illegal for 3 weeks, just so they could       slip him under the new regime. Or having to destroy his       plants and his stored medicine pursuant to S.65 until his       renewal does arrive? Even the Exemption service couldn't       explain the unusual delay. 13 weeks when Director of Medical       Cannabis was telling the court they're done in a few weeks.       Mike Spottiswood's done in 17 days. Paul Batte's done in 90       days! The service may have other clients who suffered the       same unusual delay.              Should I send Paul Batte in to bring his paperwork to       complain to the RCMP in Victoria? Or can you check the       Health Canada database to see if his exemption Ready Date       was prepared earlier and he was improperly deprived of the       legality of his medicine for 3 weeks.              John Turmel              JCT: What a great addition to the charge! They let this guy       expire when he'd sent in his no-change renewal 12 weeks in       advance! 15 weeks so they could screw him. And now they're       caught.              If Paul Batte's situation doesn't get them a search warrant       for the Health Canada database, I'll have to go after it in       examinations for discovery in civil Federal Court. Bang.       Cutting off his medicine for 3 weeks for political non-       medical reasons. Imagine if he'd been in a hospital and the       nurses had to say: "sorry, no prescribed medication until       your renewal comes in."              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
