   So you feel that CRA overreached? Reasonable people can come to different   
   conclusions,starting with the same facts.   
      
   This seems a bit of bone head fraud scheme attempt in any case. Don't banks   
   and other financial instiutions keep track of credit and debit card   
   transactions?   
      
   CRA has the ability to audit those, and to see if the cash to card trx   
   count and $ ratio is consistent with similar businesses. Do you have   
   reason to think that is not being done? When a mobster who owes CRA big   
   time has a massive refund cheque sent to him anything is possible.
