|    TURMEL: Turner MedPot Challenge put off     |
|    10 Feb 14 02:58:58    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Turner MedPot Challenge put off after Godfrey in N.S              JCT: Last Thursday Feb 8 2014 in Ottawa Superior Court, the       Crown presented a motion to summarily dismiss James Turner's       "Mernagh No-Gap" Constitutional challenge as frivolous and       vexatious with all the other flaws not raised in Mernagh.              The Crown had asked to have it delayed for the Mernagh       decision so James Turner pointed out how Stephen Godfrey       just got the right to present his Mernagh NoGap in Nova       Scotia and asked to have it put until after that ruling on       April 24 2014 that could solve it for him too.              Justice Ray allowed both the Crown to present its motion to       summarily dismiss and then James to submit his written       response to the motion to dismiss after Godfrey on April 29       2014 with final arguments for James on May 1 2014.              So that's the first case depending on the Godfrey precedent.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
