|    TURMEL: Gold Stars interim exemptions on    |
|    11 Apr 14 17:09:20    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              A hearing will be held in Toronto and by way of       videoconference for those parties unable to attend in       Toronto on Tuesday April 29 2014 at 9:30am EDT.              The following issues will be determined:              (a) Defendant's motions for stay of all proceedings;              JCT: Notice the subtle hint "motions" plural since they       tried to get away with only filing one with all our names on       them and now have to file again with each our names on them.              (b) any pending Plaintiff's motions filed in accordance with       the Federal Court Rules; and              (c) any other motions filed no later than Tuesday Apr 22       2014 at 4:30 pm local time in accordance with the Rules.              Parties may participate by videoconference from the       following locations:       Vancouver       Edmonton       Calgary       Saskatoon       Winnipeg       Montreal       Halifax       Ottawa              Michael L. Phelan, Judge.              JCT: Okay, there are lots of N4 motions filed by all classes       of patient, mine healthy, some no ATPs, and lots with ATPs.       So since everyone is on the docket and it's not for       individual cash claims, only for exemption pending trial, I       don't think we need burden the Registry nor the Crown with       more N4 motions though I would advise everyone to have their       Affidavit filled out and ready to be sworn. Besides, you       need the cash number from the Affidavit to put everywhere       else.              So just like Justice Manson extended the relief he granted       to the Allard Four to the whole group, that means that the       motion judge can extend the relief to Gold Stars who haven't       yet filed their Motions. Later, they'll only have to file       their Affidavit to argue cash.              If someone tells you we can't sue the Queen for cash, we can       in cases of abuse and fraud is abuse and we caught them in       a statistical fraud that caused our damages.              So no more N4 motions for any new filers. Anyone files their       $2 http://johnturmel.com/kits Statement of Claim gets on the       docket to see if the judge will give them their grows back.              No filee? No exemptee! Tell your friends April 22 is the       last date for motions, but why bother with the work for       everyone?, and right up to April 28 for Statements of Claim       to be on the docket for relief.              Prohibition nightmare might be over sooner than anyone       thinks. One last possible sneak move to go here.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
