|    TURMEL: Ray Turmel Saps Her Majesty The     |
|    16 May 14 11:56:58    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: When Ray showed up to file his N8 motion to lift stay and interim       exemption, it was rejected because it didn't say Record of Motion IN RESPONSE.        Ray went back having added the IN RESPONSE and was rejected because, since the       motion had already started, the first paragraph asking for a date wasn't       necessary.        Okay, time to pull out Magic Blurb.        Ray went back in for his third try and pointed to the Magic Blurb and said it       asked officially for the judge to fix any technicality, grant any time       extension or abridgment, any lousy little thing in the way of justice being       done. It's a motion to the        judge, not something Her Majesty can decide. "Send it to the Judge for       Direction," and she did. Ray broke through their line of resistance with his       3rd charge in an hour! That's three times Ray's sapped Her Majesty's defences       for us first! Why is he        always point man? Early bird gets the worm? Or maybe we should always let Ray       go first. He happens to be way way tougher than I was ever trained to be.       (Four times more martial arts than I do!!!)        If anyone gets any hassle, don't take three shots at the barrier, use the       Magic Blurb to blow it away at your first at bat. Use some engineering       hyperbole (overkill) right away. It might be easy for the judge to Direct the       rejection of just one, but how        about the rejection of 50 because of such simple deletions necessary! Not a       chance if enough file today.        Oh, and Ray got Henriette McIntyre and Bela Beke past HMTC too. Three on the       judge's desk so far and more to come. Wonder if he'll let us erase the glitch       and add the "IN RESPONSE" or turn some dying people down on a few typos? Odds       anyone?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
