   JCT: Last years, I beat the living   
   daylights out of Health Canada making them work overtime to hop-to-it   
   to correct abuses several times!!! I have 6 other cases from last year   
   before writing the Gold Stars Grow-Op Action bringing 5 new MMAR torts   
   to our Gold Star hand!!!   
      
   RENEWAL EXPIRY JERK-AROUND AND S.65 DESTROY ORDER   
   1) T-977-13 Ray Turmel: being not-yet-renewed after 7 weeks, should   
   take 3, with the short notice motion filed in the afternoon, hearing   
   by 6:30pm (Director General of Justice shows up for a permit fight?   
   asks judge Roy) Renewal issued before midnight or spanking back in   
   court on Saturday morning!!   
      
   POST-DATED EXEMPTIONS   
   2) T-1118-13 HC sent Gold Star Henriette McIntyre her exemption post-   
   dated 10-days. I made HC issue a new exemption for right away.   
   Judicial Review about post-dating still goes on. Good issue?   
      
   UNMENTIONED FORM F GLITCH IN FORM R RENEWAL   
   3) T-1119-13 Judicial Review against web site glitch omitting to tell   
   first renewers to also file Form F when it tells them to only file   
   Form R to renew. 3 weeks later, they get a rejection saying: Even   
   though the page said only Form R, Form R fine-print says Form F every   
   time. Didn'tcha see it?   
      
   How many ATPs got caught on Ray Turmel's Renewal Form R glitch and got   
   rejected. Bet we'll have a surprise that it was most. Maybe those who   
   got jerked around like Ray can ask to be joined to his beef? Anyone   
   get rejected on first renewal for missing Form F?   
      
   LATE AMENDMENTS   
   4) T-1207-13 Ray moved, exemption amendment had not arrived, nowhere   
   legal to store pot, illegal again, Judicial Review of late amendments   
   was on back burner, now on front!!   
      
   POST-DATED DOSAGE INCREASES, NOT RIGHT AWAY   
   5) T-1271-13 Tony Van Edig   
   T-1308-13 Elisha McDermott   
   Tony and Elisha got post-dated amended Exemptions not allowing them to   
   take their increased prescriptions until later. I begged the doctor   
   for a letter stating she thought they should start away and Dr. Cindy   
   Shaw sent letters in support of Tony and Elisha starting their higher   
   dosages right away. Judges said no, oops, error, and not their doofus   
   decisions come to the front burner! Bad move throwing my back-burner   
   pots onto the front burners!   
      
   So those are the 5 new sleazy MMAR torts added to our hand. Anyone   
   think that torts that made them look so crooked Louis Proulx had to   
   hop-to-it to fix it before he could be spanked by the court next   
   morning aren't going to help us make HC look bad added to our 16 MMAR   
   torts? Isn't it neat the MMAR is still being used so our complaints   
   are not yet mooted? I'm giddy, I'd thought continuing those fights was   
   a waste of time and had given up hope. Now they're back in my hand!   
      
   Serendipity, wouldn't you way, for these old card I'd forgotten about   
   to suddenly pop up in my hand. All that work won't go for naught.
