   JCT: Remember, I'd told you that the Allard case was going   
   to stall everyone for years? Now the judge has made it   
   official. He's amended his June 4 2014 Order staying   
   everyone until the Final Decision in Allard until the   
   Appeals of Allard are heard. You probably got it in your   
   email today.   
      
   PURSUANT to Rule 397(2) of the Federal Courts Rules, this   
   Order is amended as indicated by the underlined portions in   
   paragraphs 1 and 2;   
      
   JCT: I'll put those words in caps:   
      
   1. All Court files listed in Schedule "A" are stayed until   
   the Court's decision on the merits (AND ANY APPEALS   
   THEREFROM) of Allard for the reasons described in the May 7   
   order. The claimants in these files are entitled to the   
   benefit of the Allard Injunction;   
   2. All Court files listed in Schedule "B" are stayed until   
   the Court's decision on the merits (and any appeals   
   therefrom) of Allard for the reasons described in the May 7   
   order. The claimants in these files are not entitled to the   
   benefit of the Allard Injunction;   
      
   JCT: So, the first appeal gets heard next year, then the   
   Crown can apply to the Supreme Court for another year. When   
   it's over, it starts again at the bottom (with the Allards   
   protection taken away or not). Then another couple of years   
   for appeals. Essentially, everyone is stayed for 3-4 years   
   pending all the appeals in Allard! Makes you want to puke,   
   doesn't it? He denies meds to a guy curing his cancer and   
   now makes sure it's going to take him even longer before he   
   gets to ask for some again.
