TURMEL: Judge Nadon nixes Terry Parker E
   22 Jul 14 18:02:39

   From: johnturmel@yahoo.com

JCT: Terry called to say that he had received a decision on
his motion for interim exemption. Terry Parker (Never-Ins),
Stephen Burrows and Robert Roy (Left-Outs) and Ray Turmel
(ATP with Allard Relief but still facing jail under the
MMAR) filed appeals against Phelan J.'s June 4 dismissals of
their motions for exemptions and stays on their proceedings.

Crown argues the court has no jurisdiction to save anyone.

Now we get the decision of Justice Nadon:

                                            File No: A-287-14
                      FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL
   BETWEEN:
                           TERRANCE PARKER
                                                        Appellant
                                And

                       HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
                                                       Respondent

   Date: 20140717
                              ORDER

UPON the Notice of Motion by the Appellant for an Order
allowing him an interim constitutional exemption from the
CDSA pending his appeal of an interlocutory decision of
Phelan J. of the Federal Court dated May 7, 2014, as amended
   by Order dated July 9, 2014;

JCT: Actually, it was the June 4 Order of Phelan that we
were appealing!!! The May 7 was just a stay to the big April
   29 2014 event.

   UPON the affidavit of Terrance Parker sworn June 27 2014;
   UPON the Appellant's written submissions;l
AND UPON the Respondent's responding motion record and
   written submissions;
   THIS COURT ORDERS:
   The motion is dismissed.

JCT: And hope he dies before he can appeal.

The Respondent shall have her costs which are hereby fixed
   at $500.
   M. Nadon, J.A.

JCT: No reasons. Just Terry Parker can't have an interim
exemption like he had gotten in 3 proceedings before. No
reason, the Court just didn't fell like protecting his Right
to Life from now on like the other Courts had been.

The Crown has responded to Burrows and Roy with a boiler-
plate of the Response to Terry to dismiss for lack of
jurisdiction not dealing with the life-threatening
situations or arguments at all! Just like before, lumped
everyone into a group and said no one should get anything.
Helped to have a judge whose definition of "sufficient
   evidence" may differ from mine.

Terry can now file a Supreme Court of Canada Application for
Leave to Appeal and Motion for Interim Exemption within 60
days. By then, Burrows, Roy and Turmel will be dealt with.

There have been 22 more appeals filed against the Amended
Order of Phelan on July 9. If they get dismissed, they can
all go to the Supreme Court too. There's a good chance they
can all land at their Registry at the same time. 26 Apps.

In the meantime, all newbies and oldies who never filed a
Motion with Medical Affidvit file NEWBOOT Statement of Claim
and the N13 Motion for leave to apply for Interim Exemption
with the better material Phelan said the previous lot had
not provided! He wanted to see the old ATP, he'll see it. He
wanted to play doctor, he'll get the medical files.

If anyone is dismissed, they go to appeal. Pretty easy to
keep appealing orders turning down meds to the sick.
