TURMEL: Michael Pearce appeals 150gram c

JCT: Michael Pearce has an ATP and has appealed Federal
Court Justice Phelan's Order staying everyone's actions
without a remedy of Interim Exemption for Personal Medical
Use to the Federal Court of Appeal and today filed a Motion
for a Personal Exemption to exceed the 150gram limit imposed
   by the Federal Court below.

He has a 260gram daily limit, highest in Canada, and so is
the perfect representative of the class of Plaintiffs who
can't live with the 150gram cap on supply imposed in the
   Allard Decision.

And the only way for him to cope is with an Exemption.
Wonder what the Court is going to do now?
And still no decision on letting Stephen Burrows finish
curing his cancer or Robert Roy being Left-Out of the Manson
   relief by only 3 days!

And of course, Ray Turmel is also now in as an ATP who can't
live under the MMAR (which is going to put him in jail for
growing too many plants while under storage limit).

Other motions by people with ATPs but problems that the
Allard decision didn't solve are also in. Can't change
location is covered by Kevin Moore and a couple of others.
Can't change DG any more. Can't.. Can't.. Plenty of torts
left to hurt people the Court of Appeal have to deal with
   now.
