   JCT: I and many others received Motion Records from the   
   Crown to consolidate our appeals. We will consent.   
      
   I'm going to ask the Crown to provide everyone with a   
   consent form that indicates that:   
   1) Terry Parker is the lead Appellant in the Style of Cause.   
   2) I'm the lead file so I get all the paperwork   
   3) I'm bear sole responsibility for costs.   
      
   It won't be much if consolidation keeps their workload (and   
   ours) down and they've offered to do all the books. As long   
   as everyone's affidavits are in the appeal books, we're   
   golden.   
      
   So just sit back for now and add another inch of paperwork   
   to your file. At least they didn't get it done with only a   
   request to the Registry and have to get okay out of the   
   court.   
      
   And I'm going to push for the motions to be dealt with so   
   they can join the Fab Four at the SCC too.
