|    How to check if a supt is bonded    |
|    18 Dec 14 09:36:26    |
From: heather002@no.net              I live in a high-rise apartment building in Canada. Twice a year, the supt.       and the assistant supt. do an "inspection" of the apt., where they check the       smoke detector, or replace its battery. At the same time, they open and       check all the closets, to see if people - according to them - "hide washing       machines or dishwashers" which they are not allowed to use in the unit.              Question: While I don't have anything to hide, I wonder what the legality is       on that, or if the supt. would have to be bonded to be able to legally check       tenants' closets. And if yes, how do you find out if a person is bonded?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
