   Jct: Crown's 10 days for responding to John Conroy's Motion for an   
   extension of time to file their late Notice of Appeal that everyone   
   will want to intervene into is tomorrow. Then what should be a   
   pro-forma yes shouldn't take long. Lots of people waiting to amend   
   their permits... Hits the judge's desk tomorrow.
