   Canadian content regulations create a warped and twisted set of   
   conditions which drastically affect the viability of any radio format   
   beyond top-40 pop.  Remove the Can-Con regulations and see what new   
   formats emerge.   
      
   When is Sirius or XM radio going to be able to sign up Canadian   
   subscribers?   
      
   I bet there are hundreds or thousands of Canadians already signed up   
   (illegally?).
