   That attempt failed again, and I won’t try again until   
   probably about 14 hours after the exact time of   
   new/dark moon, which (new/dark moon) will be   
   3:36 a.m. August 23 local time (UTC-2.5 hours).   
   Then the attempt should be complete by earliest   
   waxing crescent (“Thou moon of moons and of blessings!”).
