   This is a multi-part message in MIME format.   
      
   He was already busy.  He no longer ties up the ships and lets them go.   
   He is a foreman on the docks now.  The company he is with deals not just   
   with containers but cars, pulp, lumber, grain, and sugar.    He is just coming   
   to the end of his 90 days.  Looks like it has been a good time to make the   
   change   
   of jobs.     
      
   Actually it was a job action since  the truck operators are not in a union.   
   Also there was some small ways getting around having the containers moved.   
   Not just by rail but other ways.  Those truckers slit their throat and each   
   others   
   before and now they are doing it again.  Watch they start undercutting each   
   other   
   again.

       I was right close to the one tall ship that came into Richmond last year.    
   Right on the dock since Rick and his crew   
       were tying it up.

           Saw the tall ships in albernie last weekend. Its been awhile since   
           I've been over the hump to the wanna be salmon capital of the
