   The Kipper is tattooed;  chest -1 large eagle;  back - 1 large curled snake;   
   one leg -1 fair sized Geisha & large dragon/lizard; other leg 1 large   
   flamingo dancer & large dragon/lizard;  toes - #1- Bill - #2 Ben ~ an   
   English thing!   backside - a pair of eyes ~ crossed!  each arm - approx 37   
   different ones from wrist to shoulder ... a ship in full sail, a panther, an   
   Indian (I think?), all sorts of things ~ some small, some a good size ...   
   his own name/birthdate (got the idea from the greatest tattooest and most   
   tattooed man of all time ~  he was when he wrote the book!  Lived c19th into   
   20th, I think) &  the name of the girl he was suppose to marry ~ Norma.   
      
   When dressed in a long sleeved shirt and trousers, you'd never know he had   
   any of them.  Back in the early '70s, when he first came to Canada, you   
   could spot him on the beach a mile away ... not because of the tattoos, but   
   because he was the only one who was fully dressed (long sleeves, long   
   pants).  Everyone stared at him far too much.  As we lived in the 'Prison   
   Capitol of Canada', all thought he had been inside.  He didn't care what   
   they thought, but he didn't like being stared at a all.  Now he wears short   
   sleeved tops with shorts .... he just doesn't care anymore   ... but then   
   again, nobody else bats an eye lid these days either.
