Dave, you won't regret having a lawyer draw up your will. Those
cookie-cutter "one size fits all" wills aren't for everyone. Your
estate is unique, there are probably specific circumstances surrounding
some of your assets and you want to see your last wishes carried out
properly. Only a lawyer can ensure this. Also, if you make a mistake
following the directions that come with "stationer's form" wills, you
may not understand what to fill in where, so that if your will contains
improper or unclear wording, a court may have to intervene to sort
things out, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a will in the
first place. Lastly, a lawyer can give you valuable legal advice, tax
tips re disposition of assets, etc.

At first, I thought you were telling us you had traded in your old
motorcycle for a Norton!! Being in the Mac world, I have no virus or
security concerns like you Windows sheep. The sooner you get away from
   Uncle Bill, the better.
