   I have been trying to prove that the 51-year-old body does not recover like   
   the 20-year-old body.  I believe I now have definitive proof of that fact.   
      
   I was snowboarding on Sunday which I suppose it should not be done by   
   51-year-olds,   
   and I managed to separate my shoulder. The doctor tells me that I will not   
   be snowboarding for the next four to six weeks.  I tend to think that I will   
   probably not be snowboarding in the future all, if my wife is anything to   
   say about it.   
      
   I have had to fire up DragonDictate in order to keep up with my work   
   and my e-mails.   
      
   It actually works quite well
