   Shame on you Doug !!   
   Old bones are more brittle than younger ones. I was a good skier in my   
   younger days, but will never do it again, can't ice skate, and have accepted   
   that there are lots of "sports" that I don't need to participate in anymore.   
   Any "sport" I engage in now,  has a soft mattress under me to prevent
