From: Nocturnia819@yahoo.nospam.ca              Hello everyone,              I'm trying to get the names & addresses of some Canadian soldiers that might       not have the same luck as some of their peers. Let me explain...              I have a "league" for a game in yahoo and I'm very active in the "leagues"       community. I saw that one of my sister league's American members had a son       who is deployed in Iraq, and she had posted a message, saying that her son       knew of soldiers over there that received little or no letters or cards.       She posted their names and the address of their units asking for league       members to send them a letter or card if they could.              I thought it was a very good idea, and I posted a "adopt a soldier" message       on my own league's webpage.              However, I am Canadian and would like to extend the same to Canadian       soldiers that are deployed and may not be receiving anything from home.              If you have a family member that is deployed, can you PLEASE ask them to       maybe give you a name of some soldiers that do not seem to be receiving       mail or letters too often? And when you do get their names and unit address       where we can send the mail to, can you please e-mail me to let me know?              Thank you!              Julie       http://www.myleague.com/blockout              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
