(all available from your ISP). You can go to their       website (most ISPs) and they probably have a step by step setup page. Once       you know your news server (say it is "news.shaw.ca"), you only have to       scroll down the folders beyond the Inbox, and choose new.shaw.ca (if that       was it) and right click NEWSGROUPS, let them load (thousands) and SUBSCRIBE       to whichever ones you want.              In a faster way, you can click on this news:can.military-brats and be taken       right to this group. Replying will be complicated, but you can view it..              I have a webpage where I do some screen captures and provide Tech Help for       newbies. If you don't figure it out, I will do the screen capture thing, and       give you a step by step guide to get you there.                            -= Rasta =- (AKA Tom)                      Dancetime DJ Services       Weddings - Private Parties - Banquets - Karaoke        http://www.geocities.com/dancetimedjservices/               for Ottawa's Best Karaoke        Visit http://www.dogandponysound.com               "The Persuaders"        Nova Scotia's Hotest Rock Band        http://www.geocities.com/persuaders2001/              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
