   Hi Rasta
I tried Roller Skating more than once. One time I was roller skating and
thought I was on 'real' skates and leaned on a turn....that's what you do
you 'leannnnn.....on the, or any turn'. But not in Roller Skating. The
wheels will let go...they don't like leaning....they want to stay VERTICAL!
I crashed on my left side....it was not a long fall but it was a long
   slide....
Firstly I was surprised. Secondly I was embarrassed....how could I let
this happen. It was then I decided this Roller Skating is for girls! And now
   I know, Rasta too! :)
I will teach you how to skate on ice Rasta. First I would clad you in
all the hockey gear. Helmet, hockey gloves, elbow pads, hockey pants with
rear end protection and shin pads. You will be invincible! And you will
learn to skate! I guarantee it.
I forgot to mention the most important thing about ice skating....one
must have skates that fit like a glove! Like socks!
All we need now, Rasta, is a little ice. No not the kind that fit in a
   glass....Rasta, pay attention. We need a little ice...about 100 ft by 80
   ft...with no snow on it.
Humm, we have no ice like that out here...it is raining. Hummm, the ice
back east is covered in snow!
Oh, heck. Rasta, where is the cube ice? I think I will have a rum! I'll
teach you how to skate later.
   Gary
PS: Injury? Hell I know better than to fall...rule number one (at my age) do
   not fall, period!
