   I spent a week in St Martean in 1978.  Found the Dutch ok.  We did go into   
   St Phillipsburg (capital, Fr. side) too.  Also spent the day on the nude   
   beach, but weren't told until the next day that we'd been there.  (The   
   company I was with rented the beach for the day!).
