   It's just that Dora's statement got my back up, and that   
      
   _doesn't_happen_very_often!   
      
   As for the college kids strung out against deadlines and student loans,   
   etc., yes, I do feel strongly for them.   
      
   I am not generally pro union--I've worked jobs with and without unions   
   and they both have pros and cons. If you unionise, some things will get   
   better, some things will get worse. The proportions may vary but it   
   will happen. :) That's why, generally speaking, I feel the average   
   worker ends up being caught between the union and the employer   
      
   It's unfortunate that these decisions are usually made by a radical   
   few--the majority of employees that I have seen just sonambulate through   
   the process hoping it will go away. Sort of like they do during   
   elections! :)
