   Nothing more frustrating than that.   
      
   From what I have seen when my wife worked at a Community College - there was   
   two classes of teachers - those with Union membership and full time status   
   and good work and benefits and a huge number of part time people with none   
   of the same.   
      
   Those at the top striking for more, were doing little for the part timers.
