This device will never catch on without a cool name.

I think you should call it the eyeBook. (Unfortunately, iBook is already
   trademarked.)

I have also found that the PENCILS deposits tend to become opaque and
even illegible over time. A better device is the Nkpn.

The Nkpn uses a non-degradable semisoluable solution which is integrally
bound to the paper and virtually impossible to remove, thereby assuring
not only permanence, but if used to encode the username on the
frontleaf, sometimes results in the borrower returning the device.

And no eyeBook is complete without an eyeBookBag, which comes in many
different styles & colors and is suitable for transporting the eyeBook,
the Nkpn, and what has become an essential accessory, the eyeGlasses,
which enables the user to more effectively scan the device while
reducing eyestrain and adding at least 20 apparent points of eyeQ.
Additional eyeQ can be obtained if the eyeGlasses are appended to a
chain, but only if the user is female, and with some unavoidable side
effects, such as being named Marion.
