The USA has done many worthy things but some are questionable in my eye.

If I were to look at the USA as 'one person', with the good qualities
and bad that we all have, then it would be a person that I would not feel
comfortable with as one could never know just what that 'person' would do.
This 'person' protects their own, which is good I guess, but at
what price to the rest of peoples.
Bullies are not respected anywhere I have lived.
Most bullies get brought to their knees sooner or later. Reason: Because
others are motivated to do so - no one likes bullies.
Solution? Be super polite. Mind your own business. Be ethical, keep your
promises. Be honest and look for ways to keep the peace just like
Chamberlain did in England when he approached Hitler with peace thoughts.
Therein lies the rub, we keep the peace and be nice and others laugh.
And then they do what Hitler did - raise hell.
What would the world have thought if the USA challenged Hitler when he
   invaded Poland?
Peer pressure arises no matter what the age we are - when we are older
   it is Politics, Diplomacy etc.
What if the USA declared war on Germany at that time? Should the USA and
others have declared war on Hitler at that time?
And what about the current USA's attack on Iraq? It was unprovoked and
no weapons of mass destruction have been found.
Hello?? These are serious events and yet we/I still ask about silly
things like - "Gee, have you seen any good movies lately?"
And back on the movie scene - has anyone seen the Movie -"The Secret"?
