   Rasta - you asked that I post back when I had received something  - got   
   Dad's military records in the mail this week - still waiting for my maternal   
   grandpa's - sent my enquiry out to the address that you provided - grandpa's   
   came back right away with a note that since his was more than 20 years old -   
   I could go right to the web site and order from there - and pay by credit   
   card - which I did - but have still not received the information - Dad's   
   took a little longer - there was a phone call to clarify what I wanted and   
   what they could give me - but has already arrived.  So your address still   
   works and it appears that one can also go online to get the information.
